In line with the recently announced Enhanced Community Quarantine of Luzon from March 15 to April 14 and with the President’s Declaration of the country under state of calamity, Lorenzo Shipping remains fully operational and committed to delivering on its promises to clients and partners worldwide. Shipping operations to and from the ports of call that we serve (Manila, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Dumaguete, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Zamboanga, Cotabato, and General Santos) will sail as scheduled with minimal to no service disruption from our end. We have enacted risk mitigation and business continuity protocols to ensure this.

At the same time, we are determined to keep our people and their families protected from the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our people dutifully and diligently practice preventive measures to help stop the spread of the virus. In addition, in helping limit the exposure of our teams, we have put in place flexible work arrangements such as compressed work week, flexible work schedules, and options to work from home or remotely from office locations across the country.

Although we have taken steps to enforce social distancing and are discouraging face-to-face meetings – including client visits – for the time being, our Account Executives and Customer Service Representatives remain contactable through business email, business mobile numbers, and through Microsoft Teams or Skype in supporting your business on any queries on shipping and cargo requirements. Our teams will continue to monitor the developing situation as it evolves and will provide you with updates as needed.
